ASSISTANT MANAGER, DONOR FUNDED PROGRAMS:
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting manager programs in developing proposal and related documents for mobilizing funds from potential donor in consultation with regional management along with overall monitoring of project activities, handling internal communications and providing information and drafting reports for donor funded projects. S/He will also be responsible for providing technical support in implementation of project interventions ensuring that activities are being implemented within approved frameworks and in compliance with donors’ regulations and coordinating various donor funded projects at AKHS,P.

S/He will be required to assist in provision of technical support on communication issues to relevant project staffs and in drafting project related tools, surveys, participatory needs assessments or any other documentation that may be deemed necessary.

The candidate should be Bachelors in Medicine / Nursing / Public Health / Project Management or equivalent (preference will be given to Masters degree holder in any of the mentioned discipline). S/He should have at least 2 years of project management / monitoring & evaluation experience in public / private health sector. S/He should have excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication skills and professional linkages with other project managers, coordinators and officers at field level along with exceptional command over Ms Office applications (word, excel, power point).

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER:
The incumbent will be responsible for documenting, developing and testing in-house software modules. S/he will also be expected to analyze existing systems and redefine them as per organization needs. S\he will be responsible for providing technical assistance & training to user staff.

Candidates should be BS in Computer Science from recognized university with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience along with the following skills:

The incumbent will be responsible for overall project activities, handling internal communications and providing information and preparing reports. S/He will be also responsible for micro-planning and implementing quality project interventions ensuring that activities are being implemented within CAHSS- Pakistan framework / strategies and in compliance with Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) regulations and Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) policies.

S/He will be required to coordinate with department of health - Gilgit Baltistan (GB) and

The candidate should be M.B.B.S preferably with Masters of Public Health (MPH) or equivalent degree. S/He should have at least 5 years of project management experience in public / private health sector.
