MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS POSITIONS:

Main Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with other colleagues in his/her specialized area and other relevant areas in order to deliver high quality, evidence-based care for the patients attending the Aga Khan Hospital. The selected candidate will also be responsible for participating in institutional initiatives by taking an active role in the hospital¡¦s academic, administrative, and quality agendas.

Academic Qualifications:
Masters in Medicine qualification such as M.D, M.S, M.Med, or equivalent in relevant field of specialization/ super-specialization with active clinical role and ongoing academic engagement within the hospital set-up.

Experience:
·       At least 2-3 years of experience post successful completion of the masters/residency program (including medical/board clearance through relevant exam).
·       Teaching experience in a recognized Medical College or Teaching hospital would be a definite asset.
·       Candidate must be committed to patient and family-centered care, and be familiar with current evidenced concepts, practices, and procedures within their relevant fields. Selected candidate will have specialist/consultant status as per the institution's scheme of service, and will participate in the training/supervision of Interns, Medical officers and Residents in the wards and/or clinic.
